Dal 17 novembre le Piccole e Medie Imprese italiane operanti negli USA saranno protagoniste del PMI DAY – la Giornata Nazionale delle Piccole e Medie Imprese organizzata dalla Piccola Industria di Confindustria.
Il tema di questa edizione è la LIBERTÀ come valore fondante di cui essere ancora più consapevoli e verso il quale rinnovare l’impegno in una fase come quella che stiamo vivendo attualmente.
Obiettivo del PMI DAY è promuovere la cultura imprenditoriale del Made in Italy tra i giovani studenti e contribuire ad avvicinare il mondo della scuola e quello dell’impresa. L’iniziativa è coordinata da Claudia Sartirani e come di consueto coincide con la Settimana della Cultura d’Impresa di Confindustria. È inserita nella Settimana Europea delle PMI promossa dalla Commissione Europea.
Negli USA il progetto è promosso dalla Miami Scientific Italian Community in sinergia con l’Ambasciata d’Italia a Washington DC e la sua Rete Diplomatica Consolare, ABROAD TO (Comunità delle Imprese Italiane), California Scientific Italian Community, ODLI (Organizzazione per la Sviluppo degli Studi Italiani), Retimpresa (Agenzia Italiana di Confindustria per le Reti e le Aggregazioni d’Impresa) e Texas Scientific Italian Community.
“Portiamo i giovani studenti a contatto diretto con il mondo reale delle imprese, per dimostrare loro che il nostro lavoro è fatto di impegno concreto e passione, sempre al fianco dei nostri collaboratori, con uno sguardo attento ai cambiamenti e un’apertura all’innovazione” ha commentato Fabio De Furia, Presidente della Comunità Scientifica Italiana di Miami. “Vogliamo stimolare i giovani studenti americani a mantenere una visione ottimistica del futuro, e dimostrare loro che produciamo i migliori prodotti al mondo e che con i nostri processi produttivi innovativi li aiuteremo a diventare protagonisti dell’economia globalizzata”.

ITALIAN SME’S PROTAGONIST OF PMI DAY IN THE USA. THE THEME OF THIS EDITION IS FREEDOM
Starting November 17th the Small and Medium-sized Italian Companies operating in the USA will be protagonist of the PMI DAY – the National Small and Medium Enterprises Day organized by Piccola Industria of Confindustria (the General Confederation of Italian Industry).
The theme of this edition is FREEDOM as a founding value of which to be even more aware and towards which to renew commitment in a phase such as the one we are currently experiencing.
The goal of PMI DAY is to promote the entrepreneurial culture of Made in Italy with young students and to help bringing the worlds of school and enterprise closer. The initiative is coordinated by Claudia Sartirani and as customarily coinciding with Confindustria Business Culture Week. It is included in the European SMEs Week promoted by the European Commission.
In the USA, the project is promoted by Miami Scientific Italian Community in synergy with The Embassy of Italy in Washington DC and its Diplomatic Consular Network, ABROAD TO (the Community of Italian Companies), California Scientific Italian Community, ODLI (the Organization for the Development of Italian Studies), Retimpresa (the Italian Agency of Confindustria for Business Network and Aggregations) and Texas Scientific Italian Community.
